Join us for an informative and informal online group Psycho-Education session.

The main presentation involves a concise, yet comprehensive, conceptual model explaining the process of human psychological, emotional and personality development.

This will enable you to reflect on your personality traits and how they have been influenced be your life experiences, and how these traits continue to affect you today.

The main presentation will last approximately 90 minutes and there will be a Q&A session afterwards for 30 minutes.

The maximum number of people per group is set at 20, to enable adequate interaction in the Q&A session.

The online group will be on the Google Meet platform which is accessible and simple to use.
